In today’s Feel Good Friday episode, we are diving into the importance of positive self-talk. It can be so tempting to fall down the rabbit hole of negative self-talk. But often times, the language we use to speak to ourselves is far more harsh, and less compassionate than what we would ever say to anyone else.

We’re going to dive into why self-talk is so important, how to decode and understand the negative self-talk we frequently engage in and how to engage in positive self-talk (without feeling cheesy).
